This phase is designed to:

• Avoid wasted time with duplicate or unclear goals
• Clarify whether your invention aligns with maximum Moat-Widening potential

PHASE 2: Smart Prior Art Search + Patent Value Mapping

You and our IP Team will collaborate during a 60-minute session to:

• Perform a live, A.I.-augmented prior art search using our proprietary tools (no generic databases)
• Review existing technologies, patents, and white space
• Identify features that enhance defensibility and moat potential value of a patent

You’ll also receive:

• Written summary of prior art and risk
• Actionable answers to your key patent/IP questions

PHASE 3: Go / No-Go Decision & Strategic Insight

Based on the findings, we provide a clear decision-supporting report:

• Patentability likelihood (Green/Yellow/Red signal with explanation)
• Moat-Widening Score – how likely your idea can build sustainable IP barriers
• Advice on potential next steps (filing, refining, or pivoting)
